I keep getting calls/voice messages from them EVERYDAY! its getting really annoying so i complained to the FTC.

yeah whatever I took out a pay day loan I was a scumbag I admit but whatever they saved me some money in the long run paid it got my receipt never heard about it again pretty easy just pay it

I have been receiving phone calls and not at a good time for me when my family is around and that is embarrassing. They even called my phone number looking for another person. I just ignore the phone call since that it is a recording. Even when I have talked to a representative David Burkes, he was threatening for the company to sue me for six times the actually debt and wanted me to pay right then and there. Supposedly this David guy is an investigator from New York, New York using a fake company to call out for him, it's not like an office and extension. This David guy is a real jerk and thinks that he knows everything. I have even told him my side of the story then he flips the situation they are going to arrest me for fraud to a business or bank institution. I have not even seen a bill or anything and it's supposedly just a legal case out of my county and he is in New York, New York. Really this does not make sense. They will call early sometimes so that you might answer your phone by mistake. People sleep in on the weekends.

Threatened to put me in prison for a debt I don't owe. I asked them to stop calling but they don't so filed a complaint with Do Not Call Registry, I think they buy old written of debts from someone's accounts receivables and then try to scare people into paying them, regardless.

Threatend to get my bank info for a bad check
