This is a reverse billing company hat uses threats to get people to pay accounts that don't exist. Don't just come here and whine, send a report to these guys http://www.occq-qcco.com/main.cfm?p=231&l=en&succes=1 it's the Quebec Commercial Certification Office, I'm guessing the local government run version of the BBB. Flood them with complaints and see how long they are listed there!!!!!!
