Asking for wrong person, wanting my SSN

PEOPLE ARE RECEIVING CALLS MEANT FOR SOMEONE ELSE OR JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE LISTED AS A REFERENCE FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S DEBT. WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

This is a debt collector and they are located in Phoenix Arizona. I received a total of 27 calls from them in a 6 day period. I instructed them each and every time that they had the wrong number and that there was no such person at this number. Each time I was assured that their information would be updated and my number removed. Well it took me speaking with two separate managers/supervisors and a lot of very threatening legal speak before I finally got somebody to not hang up on me or threaten me with physical harm. The number they continued to call is my Business line that comes through my computer and is supposed to be unavailable to any one unless I have given it to them. I have a total of three names for you all, and only one of them I have any real faith in it being the persons real name and that name is Thaxton. The other two and both of which claims to be a supervisor I am pretty sure are bogus. They are Michelle and John's. I was a Manager of a Marketing Research firms Call Center for 7 years (a very large one I might add 575 associates) and the way these people are conducting themselves is illegal. They are calling outside of the hours that are allowed by the FTC and the FCC, they are committing misdemeanor assault with their threats and language. I mean jeez not to mention violating just about every code of ethics there is concerning telecommunication contact and solicitation.
