I called this number back and they are very nice. It is a religious organization looking for donations.
Just ask them nicely and they will remove you. They are set on an auto dialer, so once they update the system you will not receive anymore calls. The lady even apologized profusely for any inconvenience.

I am getting this call after every half an hour. When I say "Hello", I hear " Hold Please" and nothing ever happens. ??? NEVER will speak.
