(866) 517-5348

I've been getting a rash of these calls lately. Even AFTER I called Citi and verified the info. I checked it out. Its legit, but i only use my card for two recurring monthly charges for the last 5 years, So what is up with that? Suspicious activity? Perhaps its my lack of activity and they are goating me to use the card more often... They say that it was operator error in not removing my name from the automated caller

On caller ID it simply comes up as "not provided" for (866) 517-5348. They keep calling but never leave a message. When I called the number back I simply got a "customer service, give me your account number" from the first person I talked to, no indication as to the company. When I called the number back again I found out it is for a company called Thank You Net. Have no clue what it is and they aren't real up front as to what they are about either. They won't talk to you unless you are willing to give out a bunch of information about yourself first.
