DIRECT TV IS NOT THE HONEST COMPANY IT WAS FOR MANY YEARS
THAT I HAD THEM. THEY HAVE TURNED INTO A MODERN SCAMMING
COMPANY LIKE DISH AND THE REST. THEY RAISED MY PLAN TO A $287. PLAN WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. MY GENERATION OF HONEST COMPANIES IS GONE FOREVER.

I missed their Sunday call & don't know who it was except that it is NOT a Directv collections call, I've had directv for nearly 15 years & if my payment IS ever late I get an email reminder and it's taken care of. I'm current now & next due date is June 4 - not to imply they're "expecting" or anything!

Call and do not leave a message. I plan to block this number.

Called and told us we had a payment due in the next two days or they'd suspend our service. We'd recently paid DirecTV directly when we removed our bundle from the phone company and were told our next payment would be later in the month for a lot less money. The lady didn't ask for our password and didn't even know what programming we had! Hung up and called DirectTV ourselves.

I cancelled their service and they want me back - #sorrybutnotsorry lol
