I got the same thing. I did not call though. It went to all my cell phones on the same plan. 1/20/11

just got a text message today, Jan 21 2011, from a short number urging to call the above number since my Emerald card has been deactivated. I called it and there is only one option - to enter 16 digits if my card number, no bank name, no company name or any details, NOTHING.
