Call my cell phone like 5 times a day. Have no idea who they are. Every time they called, I would hang up and call them back. After a few times oddly enough, a lady called me back from a cell phone(302-781-3069), also registered in Newark, DE and asked if I called her. I told her I called the 866-572-8794 number, not her cell...she then stumbled and said she was with Simm Assoc and that I had given her my cell number! I told her I have reported her to the FCC and gave her my offical request for them to never call my cell again. Obviously a scam if a toll free number somehow forwards to someones cell phone!! If they call again, I will just keep calling her cell phone number.
