On Monday, August 30, I received a call from a woman identifying herself as Mrs Black. She said that she was a Process Server from Dallas County and she was trying to find me to serve me with a warrant for my arrest for Grand Theft Fraud.

This is North Eastern Capital Corp, and the New York Attorney Generals office has an active investigation on them. I recommend you file an online complaint, and give them as much detail as possible. Look here for a similar case from 2000:

The more information they get and the more detail, the more successful they can be in putting a stop to this.

A call with demand to retund debt of 4,000. But I didn't take a loan, perhaps some mistake. The caller became very mean and pushed hard. Threatened to call police etc. I hung up. Not sure if it was scam, or perhaps some typo in their database.
