This company claims I own $463 for unpaid medical services. I explained ALL my medical is through the Veterans Administration (I am a disabled Vietnam Vet') and I have NEVER been to whatever medical facility they claim I owe money to. "How do you know?!" he demanded several times. I told the "Credit Guard" rep' the last time I was in Texas was for Basic Training in 1967. I was threatened with "legal" actions presumably for returning THEIR call. In the past I have received collection calls for another Gene Leone and explained I am NOT the Gene Leone they want. Every time I'm told "we'll correct the file". Now "Credit Guard" has this file. I told them to "sue me". Again, the person on the end threatened me with having violated the law and he'd report me to the authorities. I want redress against this "Credit Guard" company and their shady, intimidating, threatening practices. I also DEMAND my contact information be purged from whatever system it is in generating these harassing calls and demands for money. I have “LifeLock” and nothing shows up on my credit reports what-so-ever. When I tell them they have the wrong person and the “correct the file”, they just sell it off to another collector and it starts all over again. I am sick and tired of these predators and their intimidations!

calling for someone else pure harassmentr

ZThis company need to take phone calling lessons. They are very hateful. They keep calling me over a $40.00 dollar bill which I wanted to contact the company, but they have no address or phone number to give me. I will not pay anyone over the phone because of fraud. They threated me that they had all kinds of things on me. These business need to be put out of business. I will only deal with the company that I own the bill to. This bill is from 2009 and I am just now hearing about it. I should not have a bill in the first place because I had two insurances.

Number keeps calling stating its urgent and to call back then people laugh on the phone when you call it back.

keep calling my cell even though my phone is on the do not call list and I do not owe anyone money.

Caller called four times in one day, then began the process again the next day. They didn't leave a message until the following day, stating it was very important to call them back but didn't give any information as to who they were or what it was regarding. They are spaming the phone.

Left a message saying it was a very important "Business" matter.
