this call keep coming but this is a SCAM!!! GIVEN THE FACT THAT NO MESSAGE IS LEFT, BUT THEY KEEP CALLING, AND MY ACCT. IS UP TO DATE, DO NOT KNOW WHAT CITIBAN COSTCO IS OTHER THAN A SCAM, I HAVE CONTACTED THE FBI THE CALL COMES FROM 866-613-6856

I get these calls every month and I have never had a Citi card.

Legit number for citi bank. If your late they call within 10 days. But they called on Sunday which is a violation.

Numerous calls daily for a week that I never answered. A few went to voice mail and said it was Citibank. Finally I answered and was put through to "April". She stated that I had missed my payment of 849.00 and asked if I was ready to pay now. I told her that I always pay through Billpay and it was paid a few days ago. April retorted, "Did you pay the 849.00?" I told her I would check my balance online and take care of any payment if necessary but I am not going to pay over the phone.

I'm getting calls at home & my office. I don't answer any 800 #s & let it go to voice mail. They also know my full name which is an unusual name and say pretty much the same thing about Citi but I've never had any accounts with Citi! Scam for sure
