Calling everyday, sometimes leave a message with no contact information or identification or information about what they are calling in regard to. I have called back the number and it just rings and rings with no answer or voice mail.

This is a clear violation of a federal law that requires collection agencies to limit calls to once every 4 days if there is no answer.

Annoying and illegal. Please stop.

WHEN WILL THE GOVT STOP THIS STUFF AND THE INTERNET SCAMMERS!!!

THEY NEED TO STOP GOING AFTER LITTLE PEOPLE AND HANDLE THIS MESS.

These people continuously called me. Left garbeled messages. 6 voice mails in one 3-hour period!!! I knew what it was. I got one before. i wanted to stop so I anwered it. Transferred me two times. My apologies to the ethnic community) -- all with Indian accents.

They said I was being sued for loans against my SSN. Which is a down right lie - becausae I OWE NOTHING TO ANYONE!!

I asked them for documentation. They said they sent all the documents. LIE--LIE--LIE!!! They also told me NOT to contact my attorney after I threatened to do so. Then they said they will be contacting my employer to have my wages attached.

Talked to my payroll dept. They can not do this - that includes CREDIT CARDS!!. My company sends all requests to our Legal dept. They have to notify you first.

Exceptions is child support and federal student loans!!
