I got a call from this number. Is was from First Choice Energy asking how I wanted to pay the balance of my electric bill since I had recently switched to another electric company the month before.

Did not use voice mail message or caller ID. Don't call back!

They won't use caller ID or voice mail and I won't answer the phone without one of those, and I will research to see who is calling me.
