I got both a phone call & a text message today from them pretending to be fraud protection at Umpua Bank. Knew my full name & zip code, but didn't know what the last 4 of my card number was. Text came from 23618.

11/16/2023 This is a SCAM. Number used is:866-707-3915. The texted incoming number used on me to 'look' like my bank was contacting me about 'suspicious activity' on my last four digits of 'visa' atm card was: 236-18 Also, text starts with "free msg" (from bank you use) "fraud alert".
Caller: Claimed to be UMPQUA Bank
I got a call from this number but it was for a different bank. The recording said that I reached the fraud prevention line for "my bank name" Then I just hung up and checked my account. No fraud that I could find
