Received a call from Benjamin Forest stating they have not heard from me regarding my open claim filed in my county and would like to resolve this issue out of court if at all possible. Went on. Left a claim number, with his call back number of 866.751.2884 (Caller ID showed up as: 716.674.9702).

Recieved a call from Jack Malone threating me about a lawsuit pending.Rambled on my voice mail because I wasn't home. Telling me about this persons personal information.
I informed Jack that he had a wrong number and the person he was looking for didn't reside here.Also that he needed to remove my number from his list. But Jack continued to insist that I tell the person to contact him at that point I hung up.

called me everyday for 2 weeks threatening a law suit in my county. Won't say what this is for, nothing in mail.

Threats of civil law suit in the county I live in and must call him back immediately, leaving this phone number on answering machine. This is number 2 call in about 4 months from same phone number, different caller. I have received nothing in mail and I am not wasting my time on calling them back.
