I was signed up for an account and now billed...no money ever put into account. Big scam...don't know how to proceed. Maybe one of the 3 people who had this number before me?

Citibank's debt collection calling. In my case they were calling the guy who had my number before me. I called them back and told them I'm also recording on my end and that the person changed their number. Confirmed that they took my number off their list so that worked.

This number calls me several times a day starting at 8 am.
I went to my citi branch and they never heard of it. There are no outstanding bills on my account. I then contacted Citi directly. They never heard of them and told me to NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO as it is a SCAM. I called the number to see what would happen. The young girl who answered told me she could not stop the calls unless I gave her all my personal information I said no and she hung up. SCAM. BEWARE.

This number has been calling me 4-5 times a day for 5 days, never leaving a message. . I finally picked up the phone and there was silence then they hung up after a few seconds. The next time they called I picked up and did not say anything, they just hung up. Citibank would not do this. They identify themselves and leave messages. This is a scammer.
