Calls me every day - from the United States - some days its a slightly different number but still the U.S. HOW Can I make it stop??

They call all hours of the day and night multiple times a day even after telling them I do not owe them.

Just called me twice within 40 min and hangs up as soon as I answer. There is an extra 1 at the beginning tho so it shows up 118667942575 and comes up from United States. Like go away already.
