I got a phone call at 12:36 a.m. reportedly a "collect call from an inmate at the Fort Worth Correctional Institute". I could press 1 to accept or 2 to decline. I pressed 2, then hung up immediately. It was a recorded voice, and the name of the "inmate" was just a mumbled word.
