They called me claiming my car needed servicing. I called my local dealership and they said it's a scam. They said I will only ever get calls from them or another local shop.

showed up as 866 840 9226,no name,left a lenghty message with a garbled terrible english voice.could not understand a thing.deleted it.
i would never and nobody else should never call back any of these
ph nr's.!!

Called harassing me telling me my car is 4 yrs old. Is only 26 mos. This is from nissan or so they claim. Would not reccomend or buy another nissan because of this.

This is not scam. It is a service reminder program for keeping up with maintenance of your vehicle. They are not trying to sell anything, they are 3rd party workers calling on behalf of your dealership.

My husband had just bought a new Nissan and we got this call but they spoofed the number to make it look like Nissan was calling but when I checked with our local Nissan Dealership they said any calls they make, their business name comes up on the caller ID. This call did not have a name attached with the number. Another scammer trying to get your personal information.

We are not scanners trying to get your personal information. We work on behalf of your dealership providing service reminder calls. Your dealership should have provided you info about our program when your vehicle was purchased. Also, your dealership has provided us with the information to be able to contact you, such as phone number, address, email, name, and vehicle information. Otherwise, how would we even know that you recently purchased a Nissan? Next time, answer the call, and you will notice that we are not asking for any additional personal info, we are informing of services that are due for your vehicle, and directing you back to YOUR NISSAN DEALERSHIP for service. We are here to help you get those needed service appointments set up, not to scam you.

Calls my cell all the time and all hours of the day. I don't recognize the ID number so I never answer the call. I have been reading the reply posted here and I do own a Nissan and have had it repaired at the local dealer before. If that IS NISSAN calling then I surely find it very annoying.
