They not only call my son-in-law on his phone but they called his job 5 times in one day and his bosses phone asking for him

I constantly receive phone calls from this number. I hang up as instructed because the call is not for me. It is for my grown child who doesn't live at my address. The phone immediately rings again as I replace the receiver...over and over. I dialed the given number and spoke to a very rude man who hung up before I could say "wrong number". I called again and another man assured me I'd not be bothered again. The calls keep coming and now there is no answer when the number is dialed.
