They left a message naming a firm I had never heard of. Next time they called found out that it is indeed a collection agency. Further that even thought the account is up to date and current, they would continue to call until the entire debit is paid off. Ins't that telephonic harrasement?

Refused to tell me who they are & why they are calling until I verify who I am with my social etc.....I again said who is this and why are you calling , his reply was until I can verify your info I can't go on with the call.....I said until I can verify YOU we won't go on with the call...click
