i called to cancel my 'trial subscription" and it gave me a recording saying the phone is out of service. When I called the magazine they do not have any other number, and they said they are the only ones that can cancel my subscription. What am I suppose to do????
Do you recall the name of the magazine company? I did call the number on 8/29 and was working but now I get 'the number is not in service'; wnat to cancel the subscription and cannot reach them.
I called a number on the TV screen for a Kymaro Body Shaper and at the end they start with all the free magazine subscriptions you will get. You can't cancel, because the number they give you has two options and they both say the same thing, which is to get back to the thing you ordered in the first place. Once they get your credit card number they have you hooked and there is no way out. But, when my credit card gets hit, I will cancel then and protest.
This is the magazine reward program tel# given me to cancel the trial subscription. Unfortunately there is answering service that doesn't have any option to cancel the offer. No person alive, just disconnects unexpectedly.
May anybody help me with the advise how to cancel the "reward" program?

ok i called the number back, select option 2. then select the third option for credit card billing questions. It will give you a list of options, keep hitting zero, it will be silent for 1 minute then you will get a live operator. These guys are scammers beware!!
