Bogus call on my cell phone! I am registered on the do not call list. Don't call the number.

After being 'harassed' on my cell-phone by this number saying I needed to call them back .....I called them to say 'stop calling me' I have no idea who 'Jeffrey Haswell' is. My cell phone stopped ringing BUT have just come home to my answering machine to the same damn message about 'Jeffrey Haswell' and how I need to call them back!! I hate this. Leave me alone!!!
