I receive calls form this number & other equally evil agencies on a regular basis. I have been lucky enough and responsible enough to maintain a very strong credit rating and have never had a bill go unpaid.

There are free people searched out there (and these companies pay to get additional data). The problem is they are full in inaccurate data, and there is no accountability to it or ability to correct.

usa people search is on of them. If you wonder why these debt collectors keep calling when it is not you they are looking for - search you name on one of these sites. You will be shocked to see what comes back. relatives (living and dead) many addresses (both valid and not) all connected to me. They cross reference the incorrect data, and just feed it back into the system.

This is one reason I keep a land line. Because I never give out my cell number to a company or any sort, it keeps my cell phone out of their talons. I also receive written threats from the companies as the data base includes home addresses. I have taken to routing all responses though my state's Attorney General's office to help elevate this problem for attention. I encourage everyone to do the same.

they call looking for someone but then they do not want to tell you who they are, they say they cant give out personal info on the person, i informed them i do not want personal info on the person, I just want to know what kind of lawyer this is, they would not tell me, imagine that, they wanted me to give out personal info on someone but they would not tell me who they were because they could not give out personal info. The most amazing part is they could not understand why i would not talk to them. like duh.
