I continue to receive calls from this number even though I have explained that I am not the person they are looking for. We have the same last name, but that is it. This isn't even an old number that has been reused. This residence didn't even exist until I had it built, so I know they are trying to reach this person and harass through anyone they can, or that they think will lead them to who they are actually looking for.

My parents got a harassing call from the number, they said they were looking for me. Is it really legal to harass once relatives just because of a small credit card debt?
