This company calls several times a day for my son using our home phone and his cell phone. It is a recorded message stating "Call Eli Financial at 866-952-6297". No reason is given. At first my wife picked up and caller said can only talk to my son or his father (me). Next time I picked up and I told her I was the father, and she hung up. We don't know who this company is or why they are calling, but getting to be a real annoyance!!

Smart Consumer - change your name as your choice of foul language certainly implies you're dumb as a door post. This "company" calls countless times a day and leaves messages requesting we call them regarding our account. Provides times available to return the call. Red flags automatically go up when hours are given for Sat. & Sun. (???). They request FAR TOO MUCH PERSONAL ACCT. INFO. to include another banking institution's check routing number (???). Don't try speaking to them about contacting your local US Bank FIRST to verify - they don't want to hear it. They want payment immediately! I spoke first with a "representative", then a "verifier", finally asked for a "supervisor". He was downright rude and offensive when I pressed for further info regarding US BANK, his work phone number (for future reference), etc. I believe this is simply a US Bank contracted collection agency hired to harass customers. I asked the supervisor if he was DIRECTLY employed by US BANK and if his paychecks come from US BANK; he said "yes". If I research and find this to be a collection agency with a "company name", time to call the "Fraud Squad".

US BANK must be blind to the fact that unhappy customers can bank anywhere they wish; which is EXACTLY what we're going to do - cease further interaction and close accounts.

DO NOT PROVIDE THIS "COMPANY" WITH ANY INFORMATION UNTIL YOU TALK WITH YOUR LOCAL US BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!
