they call 4 time a day starting after 5pm. i have told them on several occasions they have the wrong number but they keep calling what do you do

Keeps calling and unable to call back

I ordered a product online two days ago and ever since I have been getting multiple calls a day from this number, although yesterday it was 866-394-9197. They always ask for someone else and at first I asked what it was in reference to and was told "registering for a sweepstakes."
I have quit answering.

I didn't answer it, but did attempt to call back. I was sure it was just another solicter. They called me so many times throughout the day. It is very annoying. I tried to call back, but keep getting a busy signal.
