(866) 993-1995

I get 2-3 calls a day from either 1 866 993 1995 or 1 866 992 1995 its such a bad scratchy recording that i can't quite make out the number but its a royal pain in the ass and has to stop. I think it says that I have to call them back RIGHT AWAY at that number and of course I dont so they call back a little while later. I have a life and other things to do, don't we also have a NO CALL LAW in Canada ??? isnt this against the law?
