The rep did sound like he was in India, but said his name is Raymond Chaps- sure! Only when I asked, he gave the name of the company as Monarch Recovery Management & said they were in Philadelphia. We check our credit reports regularly & there are NO outstanding debts still on the reports. These are just more scumbag collectors that try to collect on debts WAY outside the statute of limitations!

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! Don't give them a penny toward a debt out side your state's statute of limitations!

Someone called me from this number. He is apparently Indian. Refused to tell me what the call was in reference to until I verified my name, phone number and Social Security Number. I told him to put any "matter" he wanted to discuss in writing.

They appear to be using a call center in India to do their phone calling

Calls are from Accounts Receivable Management, A collection agency located in Miami. They are trying to collect on very old debts from 2000. Well beyond the statue of limitations in Florida and most states. They buy debt that has been written off by credit card companies for pennies on the dollar and try to collect. They do sound like they are calling from India or Pakistan. Heavy accent.

Get calls several time a day. No one ever there. Stopped answering after awhile and they never leave a voicemail.
