Got a call from Amber today, sounding all perky and bubbly and soooo happy for us. They had all my wife's personal information. They knew I had a credit card and what kind, same as her. We set up a conference call with my wife, she was convincing but blatantly evasive when questioned about where they got this information. "We have a lot of different websites" "We have full secure access to all major credit card companies" Every Objection was met with a request for the credit card number. I'm rather tempted to contact Universal Studios and let them in on this, just to see what they'd say. I bet they'd spend some money on lawyers to find and sue these guys. Scam.

They called me to on Oct 1 with the same line you won a trip to Florida what a scam looking for cc info , I hung up on her.
That phone no is on the Canadian anti fraud list!!
Same happened to me, I wouldn't give her my credit card number and she kept asking for the expiry date, I never give me cc number to anyone who rings out of the blue so I hung up on her.

Somebody called me from that number i answered in french which is my first language and the person that was on the phone just kept breathing really loudly without identifying really weird...
I have gotten this call once a few months ago, on my CELL phone and just for kicks I keep her on the phone for 45 mins and I can tell that she was getting excited thinking she had me, I had her repeat information so that I can write it down and was repeating it to my husband who also knew what I was up to and just as I told her I was getting my credit card out of my purse I hung up on her. Well I got the same call last night and was blatenly rude to her and asked repeatedly where she got my information that it was personal information and she couldn't answer me so I again hung up on her. Just got another call this time from a male and as I was trying to cut him off from clearly reading his script he wouldn't stop reading so again hung up but I do want to tell these a$$es that due to the privacy act they have to reveal there information or I will take legal action, hopefully that will scare them into removing my number from there list!!

Yuppers, this ;is almost getting fun, Ithink I'll try to see how much info I can get out of them. I asked to speak with a manager this time and she would not transfer me. I Did get her name and employee number, but they are probably a fake. The company name which they call America is no where to be found online searching. For sure dont give any information to these people.
Scam
