Just called and said there were a law office and they were proceeding with a case of check fraud and would be filing a summons in the county clerks office.

Contact ring central VOIP they are using for fraudlent puposes. They have an open case against them. Andre was very helpful 877-510-5787. FBI has been contacted and is involved as well. Phishing... Good luck

Received 2 calls today from a man stating that I am being investigated for check fraud, and that I must call him back as for it is an important matter. I returned the call and there was no one there. Is this seriously a scam?

i have recieved the same call from an investigator sanders and the first time i called back and left a message she called me back the next day leaving another message but she also said that when i left the message she didnt catch my last name.... I dont know of any investigator who calls regaurding any kind of debt but doesnt know your last name,.,... it sounds kind of fishy to me
