Gave the wrong name & said they were from "Global," that it was a "personal" matter, and that they could "help." They also gave the wrong name, I suppose in the hopes I will call them back to say it is the wrong name.

Scammers, clearly, as I settled an account with Capital One years and years ago. These guys aren't getting a call back from me - I think they are the same people who sometimes spoof my own caller ID! Scam artists, for sure.
