My father and sister received a phone call from this number, and the person stated that I owed money for a payday loan. I had problems one year ago from another so called collection agency saying that I received an Ace payday loan in 2002 or 2003 and that if I didn't pay 1,700.00 I would be arrested. I have never received a payday loan. I am unsure to how these people are getting my information, but I assume they're purchasing it through online services that sell public information. They were calling from Atlanta, GA, but this supposed to have happened in Harris County, where I did reside. I reported them to GA Attorney General Office. Now, my family members are receiving calls from this 877-246-8829 number saying that a warrant will be issued for me in Harris County because I owe for a payday loan, that I have never received. I tried calling the number, but the representative would not tell me the name of the agency; he wanted me to give him my information first and I would not. If I could get the name of this so called company, I will report them to the Texas Attorney General's Office. Unfortunately, scam agencies like this one are usually shut down, but then they open in another location under another name.

Got a call from this number....they gave me a case number. Before they spoke with me they spoke with a relative (AGAINST THE LAW!!!!) and told them they worked for a county where I previously lived. I contacted the lady (in Chicago- far from the county I used to live in) and let her know she could not contact third parties about a private matter. I gave her an e-mail address and she is supposedly sending proof of the debt. This "case" was from 2006. The collection attorney told me that this case would have been dismissed by now and this number was not a true debt collector and that they are trying to scam me out of money. We also contacted local authorities who informed us this was a fraudulent call and not to provide any personal information whatsoever. Attorney told me to file a police report and file a complaint with the federal trade comission. After I spoke with "Heidi Saunders" at this number she proceeded to contact MORE of my relatives. They have harassed the WRONG PERSON! I hope that this is resolved and these people get shut down!
