I had several missed calls on my cell phone from this number. I called back to return the call and the lady just said "hello" when answering the call. I explained that I had several missed calls from that number and she asked me what my first name was. I said "Lisa" and at that point she hung up on me. I called back and got hung up on again by the same person. 5 minutes later they called back again and hung up so I called back and some rude guy answered the phone and told me they dont have to tell me why they call and hang up on me. He hung up again. After they kept calling all day and I returned calls only to get yelled at and hung up on. I called back and a really nice lady answered the phone and stated the company name but said it quickly and I didn't catch it . I asked if I could please speak to a supervisor and she said yes. The supervisor got on the phone and he was rude as they come, he said they are a debt colloctor agency and he instructs his team to hang up on anyone who is not the person they want, ask who they are or why they are caling for or ask them any questions. He stated they are looking for someone named "Norma" I said well I'm LIsa and I told them that several times and explained this is my cell phone they are calling. Yet they keep calling. He said it's possible i have the same last name as the lady they are looking for and live in the same area. Therefor they call "family members" harass them with endless phone calls and hang ups hoping they will get aggervated and give a contact number for the person whom they are really trying to reach. The supervisor said he removed my number from their records only after I told him if anyone from his company dials my number again i'm filling a law suit and harassment charges.
