The same thing happened to me too with the Acai Berry Diet. I ordered a free trial on-line, with being advised that I would have to pay about $3.59 for shipment. My friend told me not to give my cc online so I called the number and told them that I do not want it and cancel my order. They said it's fine and no worries and they won't charge my cc but they charged me for $3.59 and after a week another charge of $91.38. I got the product after a week. I tried to call them but the number was busy or on music and couldn't talk to any one live! I tried again but It never got through to anyone. Now after 2months they charged my cc again for $88.37 and $2.99!!!
SO MAD!

The same thing happened to me with the Acai Berry Diet. I ordered a free trial on-line, with being advised that I would have to pay about $2 for shipment. About 2 months later I finally got an email to say they will be taking the $2 out of my account and will be sending the shipment. This phone number was on the email so I phoned and only got music for over 15 minutes. I tried phoning 3 times on hold for at least 15 minutes each time and never got through to anyone. Next thing I see my credit card has been charged $89.31!!

I fell for this Acai Berry Diet online and has given them my cc # to place the charges for the order. I never received the order, I tried to call this toll-free number and they put me on hold forever. I never ever managed to talk to a live representative. This is scam!! I had to change my account info because of it.
