I never answered, but this number (charter com.)keeps ringin me up almost evry day it's pretty annoying !!

I am getting phone calls from this number twice a day at approximately the same times each day (in the morning around 9 am and in the late afternoon around 5:30 pm). It has been going on every day since last Wednesday. I answered the call once and there was nothing on the other end, just silence, then the call ended. I would like to somehow block this number. this is getting really annoying!

Calls multiple times a day but NEVER leaves a message. My gut says this is a telemarketer. I'M ON THE DO NOT CAL LIST SO STOP CALLING!
