Lowlife scum who prey on the vulnerable like the elderly or people who do not understand credit very well. They go after loans that have long been written off and no longer showing on the person's credit report. Do not talk to them and whatever you do never admit to the debt. If you do it will go back on your credit report. Obviously don't give them any money!
