Call came in at 1100 pm don't know who it is probably a bill collector that is rude on calling late hours

one of those obnoxious every hr on the hr callers -sometimes every 1/2 hr-& if u answer, they hang up on u or just sit there w/o saying anything n u can hear noises in the background. They call 7a-10p 7 days per week

I don't even know what it is, but they call pretty much every hour.
Isn't there laws against this type of harassment?
