I called them and asked why they were spamming me and they hung up. I called again and they said Walmart gave them my number and then they hung up.

It's was a guy saying that they have free $50 Walmart gift card for me, to get it I have to pay a small fee. I wanted to verify it with Walmart and call them back later but he refused and said it's a one time offer. Sounds like scam to me.
