This company also called me and threatened to file a complaint with the sherrif department. but left no detailed info about the claim or debt that they saw was due, or the compant it originated with. I know it is fraud. Could not tell if the voice in the message was a man or woman. I did not try to call them back. they will have to send something in writing in order to receive a response from me.
Called my phone asking for my brother and threatening legal action against him and me if I don't give them his phone. This debt collection company uses illegal harassment tactics that are in violation of the law.
