Savannah Gas company keeps calling & disconnecting
Even though I am on the Do-not-call list, they keep calling and never leaves a message. Found out from internet search it is a 3rd party trying to sell billing services for Nicor/ComEd. Everything I've read tells me it is a very bad idea.
