We have received so many calls from the 877 area code and the 454 exchange that we have blocked ALL calls from 877 454.
NO CALLS FROM 877 (area code) 454 (exchange) CAN MAKE OUR PHONES RING - NOT EVEN ONCE.
Other calls from the 877 area code CAN ring through without a problem.
Check with Amazon and purchase a blocking device that can block entire area codes or portions of area codes. We use the D***tone call blocker along with the Panasonic phone that blocks full telephone numbers.

I almost bit on their mail offer to modify my mortgage. It appeared to be from my lend holder, but after reading reviews on this website I realized it was just an ad.

I also received similar notice with call back number 1-877-454-7501. I suspect it is a loan modification company and trying to fool people by sending notice like letter.

I recieved a letter in the mail with this phone number. The fine print states it is a legal advertisement. It appears to be a law firm that will audit your home loan for any discrepancies. They do not offer home loans although I'm sure if they do "find discrepancies" that they have you work with someone who does. I did not call so I do not know how much it "costs" to have your home loan audited. There is an expiration date on the letter presumably to get you to act fast...seems a bit fishy, especially because they do not ever name the law firm...what law firm would not want their name in lights??? a disreputable one...that's my humble opinion.

Got home after work and found on my machine a message to call back the number, man's voice says nothing to me, as he had a heavy Spanish accent. I don't know who it is.
