keeps leaving messages with millions of numbers. dont know who it is

When I called the number back from a different phone the message came up as "Advanced Credit Republic" That tells me it's another collection agency.

They do not leave a name of a company. they leave some 50,000 reference number which is real weird. They have also started harrasing a family memeber of mine. They used to call from a 203 area call. but have no idea who or what it is about because messages are to criptic. they never leave a company name. the voice always sounds like it is from another country. probably a scam.

I think its a collection agencies but not sure. They left a creepy voice mail like a different one dose. I think there one in the same.
