Letter received from Chase Bank regarding a credit application I was supposed to have made. This number was the call back number on the form. I do not have any accounts with Chase. I did not make application for credit with them.
I called Chase and verified that they have no record of an application and reported this as fraudulent activity. The above phone number was also fraudulent.
