Do whether they are legit or not, calling 8-10 times a day crosses the line.

Calls every 45 min to and hour 5 to 6 times a day. All they say is they have personal business when asked where there calling from they hang up. This is harassment 25 -30 calls a week. Never leaves asked message on my answering machine.

They start calling 7:45 and call every 45 min to an hour. You can't understand them I have told them to stop calling. 60 calls a week is a little much.

Called me 56 times in 3 Weeks,it doesnt bother me because i have call block so i never hear it ring and they dint leave a message so the only way i even know tgey called is to look at the blocked.log

They call at 8 in the morning ON THE WEEKEND. And then every two hours after that. It's really freakin' annoying and I would really much like for them to have some common courtesy and I don't know --- actually talk when you pick up the phone??? So annoying. Blew up at one of them 'cause they woke me up. They need to stop.

They constantly call ALL day and don't leave any messages. It's so inappropriate and I'm going to be contacting someone about it.

Many of you should research your state and U.S. Federal Laws regarding debt collection practices. It appears from what several of you are stating that their practices are in violation of the FDCA. Further, based on what several of you are stating, their conduct is probably in violation of most if not all state collection regulations. A debt collector does not have the right to call you within a given period, so many times that by calling you said debt collector's behavior can be deemed harassing. I would contact a lawyer, you may even be able to win a money judgment against them.

i get call from this number all day non-stop starting as early as 0830 am including sat and sun this is so inappropiate!!!
