Phone call from "Emmanuel Herkowski" claiming to need information by 4:30PM Central Time, or he'll be forced to act.

In some ways it's laughable - the guy is plugging his nose to try and disguise his voice and sounds ridiculous. On the other hand, they've been calling me over and over again for the last six months, from different numbers, and using different names, but the script is always the same. Can't someone shut these scammers down?

THIS GUY CALLED FROM 877-494-8756 STATING HE HAD A FILE ON HIS DESK SINCE JULY.. AND NEEDS INFORMATION, ALSO HE IDENTIFIES HIMSELF AS MR WILLIAMSON AT THE END OF THE CALL HE IS THREATENING VOICE STATING GOOD LUCK IF YOU DONT CALL ME BACK. I CALLED BACK AND A LADIES RECORDING COMES ON STATING SOMETHING ABOUT WAGE GARNISHMENT ETC..I GET CALLS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. DIFFERENT NUMBERS AT TIMES AS WELL. OVER IT.

Claims that they have file on someone and need to verify some person information on someone. I know that this is a scam, they have been calling from different numbers for the last 3 months and it is so annoying. This man is using a fake voice and name. Trying to steal peoples person information to obviously commit a crime. Please do something about this.
