They call all hours of the day and evening. When answered no one comes on the call. You get an automated message or left on hold.

They make threats and badger you in the process of trying to collect a debt. However, thet won't provide the information that you request pertaining to the debt. It makes no sense to be harrassed when you try to be cooperative.
