This guy sounds like a scam artist to me, in the first place if anyone is calling from a collection agency or whatever they probably would be a little more blunt, and more threatening to everyone. I would advise ignoring the call, if you are really concerned report it to your local news station or something like 7 can help in Omaha Nebraska.

They called my house two Sundays in a row. So I have taken the time out of my day to use my home phone and my cell phone, depending on where I am to make calls to their company.

IT rings once, then operator says "Please hold while you're being connected"

Then someone answers instantly...

At this point, I claim to be Michael Jordan, owner of Rocky Road Ice Cream Delivery CO. I explain to them how a Mr Stan Lowe has taken a personal account with my company and after several weeks of on time payments and deliveries from my company, his account is now in suspension due to late payment. They always put me on hold and either transfer me to a manager/ supervisor, as I continue to harass them, or they go speak to him and they come back nerved of these now confirmed false aligations.

Either way, it's a pleasing sense knowing that you've waistted their time and pissed several of the "assistants" off.

Do not cooperate, call them back. Try to sell them things, lie, phib, give them a hard time, pretend, make believe different situations and have a good time with it. The phone calls have stopped and I still make effort to call them multiple times each day.

32z2zvthat number called my house five days ago with a recording telling me to call mr.stanley on monday morning because he had a package for roshunda williams and thats me. so i called and they said they did not have anything for me so i hung up and called back then they tryied to say they were looking for my mother-in-law.

i got a call from a stan low he said he had afile on me and said if i didnt call him back at 18775917732 he would start with proceedings he also said that he has tried to contact me several times and that i ignored his calls i called that number and they answerd as us bank and as regency assessment management they are also rude when they call everybody also when i called them they tell me they are looking for lewis.

I received the same call word for word, could not get to them until he next day after Doctors appointment. I had no idea who this very very rude man was.

I received the same harassing threatening phone call as the others Fortunately I found this sight as I too am a senior citizen and was quite shook up over this call even knowing I Do Not owe anyone Money.

Same here. We have digital phone and don't normally check our voice mail. Found out today with two messages, both were left after hours and during the weekend. Very harrassing and threatening!

never said who they where calling for or why .Of course when you call, you are told that someone will be with you shortly.....then the phone goes dead, or the call is lost.

My elderly mother is receiving repeated phone calls from a Mr. Stan Lowe claiming she owes a large amount of money. He doesn't give her any information about to whom or for what she owes money. My mother is not healthy and not always in sound mind, this really scared her. He asked for a credit card number or a bank account number. He also claims he has called over several weeks, she has had two phone calls. After he raised his voice with her she hung up and called me very scared, wanting to know what to do and how he had gotten her number. Scary thought that some of these poor folks are probably giving him credit card numbers or bank account numbers. Like stated by others he was very accusing, loud, and threatening.

Very demanding accusatory person claiming to be Mr. Stan Lowe and that I had to return their call between 8-8-2010 and 8-12-2010. Accused me of not taking previous calls regarding some matter. Didn't use our name or state what the issue was. We don't owe anyone any money or have any late bills. I'm reporting them to the Attorney Generals office tomorrow, along with the FTC..
