Constantly calling, do not pick up because it says toll free call which makes me uncomfortable.

Constant calls all day long, no one is there.

This number calls my cell phone starting at 7am and as late as 8pm 7 days a week. On average, they call 3-6 times per day. There is never a message left and when answered there is no person. Based on other complaints, I assume this is Advanta Bank Corp of which I have a business account with. However, they continue to call my personal cell phone and never leave a message nor call my business.

Calling constantly, home phone, cell phone all day long and until at least 8:30 pm.

I have sent a cease and desist order to this company They are not allowed to call my cell phone as it violates a federal statute. It is a $1,000.00 fine each time they call. They keep calling 3 times today so far and when I answer the call no one is there no one talks back to me just dead air.
I have to file a complaint with the federal courts to collect the $$$$ they owe me it is up to about $6,000.00 now.

They call 8-10 times each day. but I never gave permission to use my cell phone. They got it because one time when I tried to talk to them from the hospital, I used my cell. Now sometimes even if I pick up when they call my home. there is no one there.

The screen showed no name, but other calls to my home showed Advanta Bank Corp for this number. Yesterday, they called 10 times which is about average for them, although sometimes they use other numbers. Most times, they say nothing and leave no message.
