spam marketing, nobody on the phone
The company claims itself as telemarketers working for Rogers. It is likely true, since they have full access to the Rogers database with personal information and can control your account. Then they try to re-subscribe you to the same services that you have but with the increased prices. I called to Rogers directly to check those prices. The prices have not changed! But that telemarketing company has already unsubscribed you and charged you (i.e. Rogers charged you) with early cancellation fee (in my case it was about $40). Is it without consent of Rogers? I doubt it very much.
